Returns

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale items
  • Swim

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or Store Credit.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing time may vary)
  3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
