At ASTRA NOIR, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery of your last item. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for return.
Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of fragrance, makeup, or any signs of use
- Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
Return Shipping We offer free return shipping on eligible returns. A prepaid return label will be provided upon approval of your return request.
Refunds Approved returns will be issued as store credit, applied to your ASTRA NOIR account. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
Final Sale Items Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
